Redesign a triggered email

Project Overview:
Based on the available data, it became evident that Castlight's monthly progress report email consistently outperformed the average, presenting a golden opportunity to enhance user engagement within our app. Recognizing the significance of this update, I endeavored to optimize the email's impact by improving its design and functionality.
The existing layout desperately needed a revamp, as it failed to make the best use of available space and contained broken features that hindered user engagement. To address these issues, I meticulously crafted wireframes using Adobe XD, aiming to drive program engagement and create a more fluid and seamless experience for users.
Collaborating closely with an in-house designer brought the envisioned design to life, ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly interface. Together with the development team, we flawlessly deployed the revamped email.
The results were strikingly positive, with a remarkable 5% increase in engagement observed within the first three months. This outcome further validated the impact of the redesign, reaffirming our commitment to improve and optimize the user experience continuously.
